The core test result on Archemap is always free. This policy applies to the optional Full Report, which is a paid digital product.

The Full Report is a personalized digital product generated from your test answers and delivered immediately upon purchase. Please read this policy before buying.

What you are purchasing

The Full Archemap Report is a one-time, non-subscription digital purchase. It is generated specifically from your personal test answers and made available to you immediately in your browser and by email.

Because it is both personalized and instantly delivered, it falls under the category of digital content that is exempt from standard cooling-off or cancellation rights under consumer digital-content law in many jurisdictions.

All purchases are final

Full Report purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. Refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with the report, a change of mind, or the answers provided during the test.

Technical or access problems

If a technical issue prevents you from receiving or opening your report, contact support@archemap.com with your Paddle receipt or order ID. We will restore access, regenerate the report, or otherwise correct the delivery problem.

A technical support request does not change the final-sale nature of the purchase.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

For a duplicate charge or a transaction you do not recognize, contact Paddle support and your payment provider promptly. Archemap will provide order information needed to investigate the payment.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you rights that go further than this policy, those rights apply.
