The personality map

One map of who you are, drawn from what you actually answered

A personality map is not a type. It is your archetype and your shadow at the centre, and every test, journal theme and daily answer you add as a layer around them. It starts free, with the 42-question test, and it grows for as long as you keep looking.

What goes on the map

What you get, screen by screen

Real screens from a real cabinet. The person is invented; everything on the screens is drawn from her answers.

Your space

Your space

One page that knows where you are: your archetype and shadow, the next step chosen for you, today's question, what you were reading.

My Map

My Map

Every layer in one picture. Explored nodes are lit, the next best lens is marked, the parts still dark are exactly that.

Discoveries

Discoveries

What your sources agree on. When a journal theme keeps matching your shadow, the map says so, with the evidence.

Connections

Connections

How the instruments line up: your archetype's drive read against your tests, your shadow read against the days you were under pressure.

Timeline

Timeline

The same question, months apart. Retake the test and compare: what moved, what held, what the difference says.

Shadow Journal

Shadow Journal

Prompts written for your shadow, not for everyone. Tag themes, confirm the ones that are real, watch them land on the map.

My Path

My Path

Ten days through one pattern: understand it, observe it, measure it, practise a different response, check in.

Library

Library

Books that match your pattern, read in place, with your progress kept.

Progress

Progress

Levels and medals that mean something: they are earned by looking, not by logging in.

What a map looks like for each pairing

Every archetype meets its shadow differently. These are the pairings with their own page.

Questions people ask

What is a personality map?

Your archetype and your shadow at the centre, and every test, journal theme and daily answer you add drawn around them as layers. It is a picture that grows, not a type you are assigned once.

Is it free?

Yes. The 42-question test, your archetype and shadow, the map, the journal and the daily signal are free, with no signup. Paid things are the full written report, the reports for the other tests, and the books.

Do I need an account?

No to take the test and see your result. Your map is saved to the email you give at the end, and that email is how you come back to it.

How is this different from MBTI or the Big Five?

Those describe traits. The map is built on Jung's idea that the pattern you move toward (the archetype) and the pattern you fall into under pressure (the shadow) are different things, and that knowing both is what changes behaviour. Several of the eleven tests are trait tests; they go on the map as layers.

Is this therapy?

No. It is a map and the instruments to read it. Nothing here diagnoses, and where something needs a professional the text says so.

What happens to my data?

Your entries and answers stay in your account, export at any time, and can be deleted by you in settings. Nobody reads your journal.
